Taher has a substantial amount of experience in the following areas:

• Obtaining immigrant and non-immigrant visas to the U.S.
• Arguing immigration claims in the Court of Appeals of the U.S.
• Civil litigation with a particular emphasis on class action law suits

Credentials & Awards

Taher received his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York. Taher is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. He has also been honoured with the Order of Barristers.

Taher is fluent in Persian (Farsi).
