Steve is the firm's senior litigation counsel whose practice is focused on civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction liens, commercial litigation and appellate work.

Steve's 30 years of experience in civil litigation has involved a substantial amount of work in the following areas:

• Breach of Duty Claims (fiduciary and good faith)

• Injunctive Relief

Steve has received the following:

• Her Majesty the Queen, Golden Jubilee Medal

Credentials

Steve received his J.D. from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 1975 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1977.  Steve received his B.A. (Honours) from York University in 1972, with a major in Political Science.

Steve is fluent in Italian.
