John is a corporate / commercial lawyer whose practice is focused on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Before joining the firm, he practiced law with a number of leading international law firms in Seoul ( Korea) where his practice focused on cross-border business transactions such as mergers & acquisitions and project financing.

Credentials

John received his law degree from the University of Windsor and his Bachelor of Arts (Honors) from the University of Toronto.  He is a member of the bar of Ontario.

John is fluent in Korean.
