Credentials

Victor holds an LL.M. from the University of Toronto Law School (Concentration in Public Law and Health Law) and another LL.M. from New York University School of Law (Concentration in Corporate/Commercial Law and Intellectual Property). Victor was a Shell University Scholar for Academic Excellence 1993-1998, a University of Toronto Graduate Fellow 2001-2002, and a Graduate Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics 2005-2006. He was a Research Assistant to Professor Kerry Rittich of the University of Toronto Law School; and a Research Assistant to Professor Eleanor Fox (the Walter J. Derenberg Professor of Trade Regulation), New York University School of Law.
